Offshore wind energy is developing very quickly in the European Union, becoming an important and increasingly cheaper source of clean energy. At the end of 2017, 15.8 GW of power was installed in 92 offshore wind farms in European countries. Poland faces an opportunity to develop this sector, which could bring numerous benefits - both ecological and economic. During the panel expert meeting we  discussed the potential, identify the barriers and opportunities to integrate this source in the National Energy System and define the next steps to be taken.
